With the help of this set of popular efforts have created a line of popular support that allowed:
1. Working side by side neighbors and college students have raised cadastres and needs assessments in the affected areas. 4. The CTR was organized and struggling to cope with bureaucratic ineptitude and political patronage that even in these tragic hours boldly display the representatives of the political class.
