The City Council Present:
From our consideration:
Along with greet you we will detail the reasons for this, We are the people close to the Housing Committee of Residents Homeless
(PJ: f2y0927448), who have been working for some time in our community in order to build our homes in La Platina.
We have dealt with the town on several occasions both Mrs. Monica Aqueveque, as with the director of works, about where the closest we can build our homes and had been agreed that the sector Miguel Angel was one of them among others, but today we have the surprise that Miguel Angel Street in the new regulatory plan, expressly prohibits housing.
We have been working like other committees, seeking land and building housing projects in this area, and today we are concerned about the situation that would occur with the new regulatory plan, which would fall launch initial negotiations and risk projects more advanced. Lords
Councillors have clarity of the need for our community has its own instrument of territorial planning, but above all we are clear that this instrument should protect the right of Pintaninos to live in our township
view of the above request of our City Council following.
That all Councillors, condition their vote of approval to the Regulating Plan that this area (Miguel Angel) is declared HM1 Housing Las Rosas, which would build houses for the inhabitants of the commune, other than protecting
too dense areas
Respectfully,
President Sandra Oliva Jiménez
